Choosing your prescription

Reading your strengthA minus sign (-) means nearsighted (myopia). A plus sign (+) means farsighted (hyperopia). Look for the "SPH" (sphere) figure on your prescription, which is the number you'll match to our lens strengths.
If your exact strength isn't listedOur lenses come in set steps, so choose the closest strength that's weaker than your prescription. For example, if your SPH is -1.25, select -1.00. This will still give you clear, comfortable vision underwater.
Prescriptions written in hundredsSome opticians write strengths without a decimal point. -350 means -3.50, and -575 means -5.75.
Who our masks are best suited to
Our lenses correct single-vision prescriptions (nearsighted or farsighted). They aren't suitable if you have significant astigmatism, a large difference in strength between your two eyes, or a prescription that needs bifocal or more complex lenses. If you're unsure, check with your optician before ordering.
